How do I get Curt Manufacturing 13509 Class III Receiver Solid Product, Poor PackagingBy DanjaI rate the product a 5. I rate the packaging a zero.The product seems to be well built. I am impressed by its construction and am happy with it so far. Although I have used it just once.The packaging should be an embarrassment to Curt Manufacturing. I was astounded finding absolutely no packing foam, bubble wrap, crushed paper or anything to protect the hitch inside the box.My hitch arrived protruding out of the box, although it wasn't scratched or visibly damaged. Only upon installation did I discover the holes did not align. They were off by nearly 3/4". At first I thought the wrong model was sent. I doubled checked the model number and it was correct. I inspected the trueness of the flanges to the cross tube after reading some reviews here and both were bent in by a few degrees. And like others I bent it farther open using my jack and some scrap 4x4's.
