Installation was fairly straightforward, I did it by myself in about 3 hours with the car on the ground and using common tools. I do believe the instructions could have been a bit more elaborate on operations such as enlarging the hole in the frame, use of the fishwire, support of the exhaust system, etc. All in all, I am VERY satisfied with the hitch--just be prepared for some improvisation, creative thinking when it comes to the installation. As I said, I did this by myself with the car on the ground.
